Highest paid survey sites

Maybe you’re toying with the idea of signing up for a few survey sites. But you want to find the highest paid survey sites to make sure you’re earning as much as possible!

I feel you…

In fact, I put in time for those sweet, sweet survey rewards myself, and the last thing I want is to spend 30 minutes on a 10 cent survey.

But the thing is, finding the highest paid survey sites isn’t just about how much you earn from each survey.  It actually depends on a few factors.

Factors that affect how much money you can earn

How much time you have

In general, the longer the survey, the more money you’ll make. So if you have a bit of free time, you can complete longer surveys and earn more money.

On the other hand, if you have less time, you may end up doing a lot of 5 minute surveys that’ll earn you less.

How often you qualify

Some sites, like Survey Junkie or SwagBucks, send a bunch of surveys your way every day! But you’re not going to qualify for all of them…

If you qualify for a lot, great! If you don’t qualify, you’ll spend a bit of time answering screening questions before you’re disqualified. And your earnings will be slower.

How often the company sends you surveys

Other companies, like PineCone Research, only send surveys that you qualify for.  And each survey pays pretty well!

The thing is, you don’t get sent nearly as many surveys as with Survey Junkie. So, the earning isn’t as consistent as with other sites.

As you can see, every survey site has pros and cons. To make the most out it, I’d recommend registering for a few sites and being consistent doing the surveys.

And if you really want to make some money, look for research places that pay you for doing focus groups or product testing (where you get paid to try products at home). You’re not going to find surveys that pay $100, but you will find survey groups that do!

Below, I’ve got a list of some survey sites you’ll want to check out if you still think online surveys is down your alley!

American Consumer Opinion (ACOP) is one of my favorite survey sites.

When you sign up you’ll be given a short survey with just a few basic personal questions. The short survey (called a screener) will give you between 5 and 50 points and helps ACOP figure out what kind of surveys you’ll qualify for.

You don’t have to search for surveys, instead, they’ll be sent to you and for each full survey, you’ll get between 50 and 5,000 points.

FYI: Even though American Consumer Opinion sends you surveys, you won’t necessarily qualify for all of them.

Pay out options: Paypal, Hyperwallet, or donation to charity

Minimum to cash out: 1,000 points ($10)

2. Survey Junkie

Survey Junkie is another is a fun site that will send you surveys to complete for points. They seem to have unlimited paid surveys online, because there’s always something there for you to do.

But the thing I love most about SurveyJunkie is that they offer you different length surveys.

So, you may see a 30 minute survey, but if you don’t have 30 free minutes right then and there, you can also do a 5 minute survey.

This makes it pretty easy to do surveys on your time. And the sheer number of surveys offered makes Survey Junkie potentially one of the highest paid survey sites.

Each Survey Junkie point is equal to a penny. And each survey could be anywhere between 20 points to hundreds of points. And if you sign up for online or in-person focus groups, you could get up to $150!

Pay out options: Paypal, bank transfer or electronic gift cards

Minimum to cash out: 1,000 points ($10)

FYI: If you’re wondering how to qualify for online surveys, it all depends on your demographics and what marketers are looking for.

3. Swagbucks

Swagbucks is another popular survey site.

In fact, it’s the very first survey site that I ever signed up for. They offer more than just surveys as well. You can also earn money by watching videos, buying offerings, playing games, and surfing the internet.

All in all, it’s a pretty fun place.

When you sign up with Swagbucks you’ll get a $10 bonus.

Pay out options: Paypal, gift cards

Minimum to cash out: 1,000 points ($10)

4. Inbox Dollars

With InboxDollars, you get paid to take surveys, play games, watch TV, and read emails. You can even earn cash back for online shopping!

Personally, I play more games on InboxDollars than anything else! laughing

When you sign up, they’ll give you a $5 bonus, which is pretty cool.

They also award you dollars instead of points, so you know exactly how much cash each survey is worth!

Pay out options: eCards, Prepaid Visa, check

Minimum to cash out: $30

5. MyPoints

MyPoints is kind of a jack of all trades… You can earn with them by:

  • taking surveys
  • shopping online
  • reading email
  • watching videos
  • searching the web
  • playing games
  • and more…

With so many different ways to earn, you’re sure to always find something to do.

Even if you don’t qualify for a specific survey, you’ll still earn some points, which is pretty cool.

On the other hand, many offers will forward you to third-party sites, which may put you at risk for spam. Less cool…

Pay out options: PayPal, gift cards, Visa prepaid card, travel miles.

Minimum to cash out: $3

6. PineCone Research

Pinecone Research is another one of my favorites and is one of the highest paid survey sites out there (per survey).

It’s also one of the sites that pay instantly through paypal, as other sites may take weeks.

The thing is, they’re pretty exclusive and not everyone is approved. It all depends on what demographics they’re currently looking for.

But if you are one of the lucky few who’s approved, they’ll send you survey notifications in the mail.

They’ll only send you surveys you qualify for, and each survey you complete earns you a whole $3.

If you’re ready to make some money, I’d recommend trying for Pinecone Research.

Pay out options: PayPal, check, gift cards, merchandise

Minimum to cash out: $3. If you’re looking for survey sites with no minimum payout, this one’s for you. You can cash out after completing just one survey!

7. Vindale Research

Vindale Research is another legit site that has multiple ways for you to make some cash.

Earn by:

  • Taking surveys
  • Watching videos
  • Reading email
  • Cash contests
  • Product testing
  • Referring friends
  • Posting a selfie

That last one is correct! Once you cash out your earnings, Vindale will pay you an extra $5 to post a selfie of yourself saying you received payment!

But how much money can you make? Well, each survey pays anywhere from $0.50 to $50! So you can make some decent money if you have the time to put into it.

Payout options: Paypal or check in the mail.

Minimum to cash out: $50

8. PointClub

PointClub is a cool site that gives you a hefty bonus just for signing up.

  • 1,000 points for signing up
  • Another 1,000 points for completing your profile
  • And 1,000 more points for verifying your email

All those points translate to $3.

With PointClub the surveys are called “missions” which, I’ll admit, does sound a bit cooler. laughing

Their “missions” cover everything from healthy & wellness, to entertainment, to technology. And can range anywhere from a few hundred to a few thousand points to complete.

You can also earn points by signing up for offers, referring friends and viewing content online.

All in all, I think it’s a pretty sweet site.

Pay out options: PayPal, gift cards

Minimum to cash out: $25

9. Survey Club

Survey Club has been around since 2005, which makes it one of the oldest survey sites out there. The big thing to know about Survey Club is that they’re a middle man who partners with other companies to get surveys.

This basically means that Survey Club has access to unlimited paid surveys for you to do. But it also means you’ll get paid less because the middle man takes his cut.

Another thing to keep in mind is that when you click on a survey, you get forwarded to someone else’s site

And the other site will have access to your email which will result in spam.

It’s definitely a legit site, but it has pros and cons like everything else. If you sign up, I’d recommend creating a separate email account specifically for Survey Club.

Pay out options: PayPal, check, Amazon gift card.

Minimum to cash out: $20

10. LifePoints

LifePoints focuses primarily on surveys related to health, sports, travel, and other daily activities.

While their main method of getting your opinion is surveys, they also use mini-polls, product testing, and interviews.

Payout options: Gift cards, and PayPal

Minimum to cash out: 1,080 points for a $10 gift card

11. Ipsos I-say Panel

While other sites offer many ways to earn money, i-Say focuses exclusively on surveys and polls.

It’s also easy to navigate and makes an effort to be as painless as possible. And for a nice bonus, members of the site are entered into drawings to win prizes.

i-Say definitely has a lot going for it and is one to check out.

Pay out options: eGiftCards, Visa prepaid cards, PayPal deposit

Minimum to cash out: $5 for gift cards, $15 for PayPal deposit.

12. Maru Springboard America

Springboard America is another site that pays you to share your opinion. laughing

As the name implies, only residents of the U.S. can sign up for this one. And you can expect to earn around 50 cents and $3 for each survey you complete.

One cool thing about Springboard America is that they automatically enter you into drawings for cash prizes. These drawings are difficult to win, but hey…you never know!

Pay out options: PayPal deposit, gift card

Minimum to cash out: $50

Highest Paid Survey Sites – Final Thoughts

You’re not going to get rich taking online surveys, but you can earn a bit of cash on the side if you’re consistent.

And that has less to do with finding the highest paid survey sites and more to do with finding the sites that work best for you.

FYI: You may have noticed that most sites have paid surveys that pay through PayPal. So if you plan on doing surveys, make sure you get a PayPal account!

Maybe surveys are your thing, maybe it’s watching ads, paying games, or get paid to test products for free…

Whatever it is, hopefully you’ll find that one (or more) of these survey sites work well for you and can put some extra cash in your pocket! And remember, you might want to create an email account specifically for surveys, so you don’t clog your main email inbox!
